SSTTDC Project Monitor
The Corporation has appointed a project monitor to coordinate general contractors with regard to construction traffic and other project elements. The project monitor will work with developers and contractors to ensure compliance with any Construction Management Plans.
The project monitor will have stop-work authority under emergency conditions which cause excessive noise or may present a threat to public health and safety. For other types of activities that the project monitor may determine are inconsistent with any Construction Management Plans, the project monitor will provide notice to the contractor(s) and provide reasonable time for the contractor(s) to remedy the situation prior to taking further action.
