What about plans for senior housing on the base? Will there be other types of residential opportunities?

The Corporation and LNR are evaluating market conditions which will ultimately dictate the exact number and type of housing units to be built at SouthField. All units will be built and managed by one or more private developers. The phasing plan calls for a minimum of 400 units:

Phase I - 150 units
Phase II - 150 units
Phase III - 100 units
