What about the wetlands?

About 500 acres of the Base's total 1,450 acres have been delineated as wetlands. All wetland lines near proposed development project locations will be verified prior to projects receiving local approvals to proceed. The Corporation adopted the Wetlands Protection Rules & Regulations from NAS South Weymouth in June 2006.
