Role of the Corporation
SSTTDC’S Mission
The Corporation’s mission is to maximize the number of jobs created and maximize the amount of money coming back to the three host communities.
An interesting new dynamic occurred when SSTTDC passed the regulatory framework and when land was transferred from SSTTDC to the master developer. SSTTDC has become the municipality / regulator, while the master developer which owns the land has become the regulated
