Advisory
Board
The Advisory Board to the South Shore Tri-Town Development Corporation
consists of 11 appointed members that serve without compensation.
The Advisory Board reviews the annual reports and annual budgets
of the Corporation to prepare comments and make recommendations
to the governor, the general court and the towns regarding the health
of the Corporation and its redevelopment program at the Base. The
board meets twice annually and holds special meetings at their discretion
and with the concurrence of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Selectmen and the Mayor appoint their representatives
as follows:

The Metropolitan Area Planning Council appoints one member. Old
Colony Planning Council appoints one member.
